Summer Reading 2019

June 13 thru August 8

  • Back by popular demand!  All Summer Reading Club registrants (entering Kindergarten to 8th grade) will get a necklace and will make a shrinkydink medallion when they register.  Various beads will be awarded for each book read and each activity attended.

  • All participants will keep track of books read by moving their very own rocket ship around the Children’s Room solar system.

  • Simple tracking.  Take home a tally sheet and make a tally mark on one of 10 genres for each book read.  Bring your tally sheet back to the Children’s Room as often as you like to claim your beads and get a new tally sheet.
Click here to download and print a reading tracker.

  • Best times to pick up your beads and log your reading:

    • Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri mornings 10:30 - 12:30
